Personal data means any information related to You, which can be used by us to identify You, such as Your name, Personal ID No. (PIN), email address, contact telephone number and information about Your access to our website. You can browse our website without entering any personal data. In cases when You want to send an inquiry to us, it is necessary to receive Your personal data (name, telephone number and email address) in order for us to be able to respond to Your inquiry and to provide You with the requested information. In such case, it is necessary to have Your consent to process Your personal data. COIN FINANCE also collects, processes and stores personal data in connection with the conclusion and execution of contracts with its clients, as well as for the purposes of credit intermediation and advising clients on financing by banking and non-banking financial institutions. · fulfillment of obligations under a concluded agreement;

· observation of obligations resulting from a regulatory act;

· individualization of a party under the agreement and the contact persons in connection with its implementation;

· credit intermediation and advice in financing by banking and non-banking financial institutions;
Types of personal data subject to collection, processing and storage
COIN FINANCE collects, processes and stores the following types of personal data:
· names, Personal ID No. (PIN), address, email address (e-mail), telephone number - for clients-natural persons, or of natural persons that manage and represent clients-legal entities. Such data is required for the purpose of conclusion and implementation of the agreements entered into with the Company’s clients, for credit intermediation and consulting for financing by banking and non-bank financial institutions, as well as for having contact with the client and sending information to it/him/her, including under conditions of explicitly given consent - and for sending promotional and advertising messages. No sensitive data is subject to collection;
· information on Your use of our website - IP address, operating system, browser, search queries and viewed content. This information is collected in order to improve and personalize consumer searches;
The Company neither collects, processes and stores any special categories of personal data (sensitive data), nor performs any automated decision-making using such data.
Term of storing Your personal data
COIN FINANCE will not store Your personal data for a period longer than the period necessary to achieve the purposes, for which we process such data. Upon determining the appropriate term of storage, we take into consideration the amount and nature of the personal data, the purposes we process such data for, as well as whether we can achieve these purposes by using other means. In certain circumstances, You have the statutory right:
· to request information on whether the Company stores Your personal data, and in case we have such - what this data is, on what grounds and for what purpose we process and store it;

This will allow You to ask us to delete or remove without undue delay all or a part of Your personal data if there are no grounds for us to continue to process and store such data. COIN FINANCE does not delete any data it is legally obliged to store, including for protection on the occasion of court claims lodged against it or for proving its rights;
